Milk Concentration: On-FarmTM is a unique process that concentrates cold, raw milk to approximately one-third of its original volume, either at a farm or plant site. Whether a complete processing facility is needed, or simply the concentration equipment itself, we are poised to meet the needs of the market. Benefits of the On-FarmTM process include:
  • Cheese and ice cream plants can increase vat/batch solids without increasing liquid volume.
  • Process plants can efficiently clear additional milk.
